Purchasing your gift baskets from Lambs and Ivy gift baskets is easy. We offer several ways for you to place your order.

First, place your order on-line with us, but choose the off-line function. This will allow you to bypass the credit card submission process. Second, login to www.paypal.com to submit your payment via paypal. Paypal's instructions are easy to follow. If you don't already have an account set up with paypal, it only takes a few moments to do this. Paypal will grant you $5.00 just for signing up! When you are ready to send us payment, our account information is: ..........). If you wish to pay by check or money order, we will deliver your gift when your check has cleared.
Our automated shopping cart allows you the opportunity to order our wonderful gift baskets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It features encrypted processing of your credit card information which is safe and secure. If you'd prefer, you may call us to place your order over the phone and provide us with your credit card information. In both cases, we ask that your billing information match the billing address of the credit card holder.
Orders received before 11 am. will be processed for same day courier delivery service or if not in our delivery area, for Fed Ex ground delivery services. We primarily use Fed Ex for our out-of-area delivery shipments but if you wish a different delivery service, that can be arranged. We bill exactly what our courier or shipping services charge - there are no "up fees". When shipping, we do charge a fee for packaging materials (boxes, filler, bubble wrap) that varies between $3.50 and $5.00 depending upon the size of the gift basket purchased.
If your order is placed after 11 am and you wish it delivered the same day, we can do that with an expedited delivery service charge. Please call us if you wish to know the exact charge, as it depends upon distance traveled.
Week-end deliveries are also possible within a limited distance from our workshop, and again, there is an additional delivery service charge.
Same day delivery services are available within Kootenai, Spokane and most of Bonner Counties.

We are happy to deliver your gift anywhere in the continental United States of America. There are several ways that your gift basket can be delivered.
Local Courier Delivery Services
Courier delivery rates are based upon mileage, and whether you need regular (deliveries by 5:00 p.m.) or expedited delivery service (timed deliveries).
We provide daily hand delivery services within Kootenai and Spokane counties (except on Sundays and major holidays). We can provide Saturday deliveries at an additional charge.
When a gift basket is being delivered to a hotel guest, the courier will ascertain that the recipient is a guest (or immediate future guest) of the hotel and the basket will be left with the concierge. It then becomes the responsibility of the hotel to deliver the gift to its guest(s). Sometimes, when hotels receive baskets to be delivered to its guests, there is a surcharge for delivery to the guest's room; however, this is not often the case.
National Delivery Services
We want to provide you a quality product at a reasonable price and not overwhelm you with shipping charges. Our shipping charges are based on weights and box measurements and we charge exactly what it costs us to ship your gift. We prefer to use Fed Ex Ground which we feel is the most economical method, but we will also ship UPS, DSL or United States Post Office Priority at your request. Fed Ex delivery takes between 2 to 7 days time, depending upon location, while USPS Priority will take 2-3 days and is a bit more expensive. Overnight delivery is available but also more expensive. Call us with any questions regarding shipping.
We do factor in a materials charge which is the cost of the shipping materials only - the shipping box, the packing material, bubble wrap, etc. The price varies between $3.50 and $5.00 depending upon the size of your basket.

- Lambs and Ivy Gift Baskets charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Return Policy
- RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with the gifts you order or receive from Lambs and Ivy Gift Baskets because we want you to come back and order again ! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please return the unopened product within ten (10) business days for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened food items due to health department policies.
Damaged Item Replacement
Although every effort is made to adequately secure your product before shipping, sometimes damage may occur because of particularly rough handling during shipment. We will gladly replace any damaged items if returned within 10 business days, minus the shipping and delivery fees. In addition, you will receive a 10% discount coupon toward your next purchase from Lambs and Ivy Gift Baskets.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. If we are provided with an incorrect address, the gift will be forwarded to the correct address and the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
We insure all our gift basket shipments. If a gift basket is lost or stolen, please inform us immediately so that we may replace the lost/stolen gift as soon as possible, as well as file a claim with our insurer to recover all costs.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to make substitutions within our gift baskets with items of equal or greater value. Please notify us if there are any allergy considerations (such as chocolate or nuts) so that we may provide only those items which may be enjoyed by the recipient
